Vinyasa Yoga class

What should I bring to class?

We recommend bringing your own yoga mat, a water bottle, and a small towel. If you don't have a mat, we have some available for rent. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

I'm a complete beginner. Which class should I take?

Hatha Yoga is ideal for beginners as it focuses on basic postures and proper alignment. Our instructors provide modifications for all levels, so you can progress at your own pace.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking classes in advance to secure your spot as classes can fill up quickly. You can book through our website or by phone.

What is your cancellation policy?

We appreciate at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. For cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice, the class will be deducted from your pass or charged accordingly.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes, we offer private and semi-private sessions that can be tailored to your specific needs and goals. Please contact us directly to arrange these.

Are there any health conditions that prevent practicing yoga?

While yoga is generally safe for most people, certain conditions may require modifications. Please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program and inform your instructor of any health concerns.
